We’re pleased to share a major development in Blackstone Minerals Limited’s proposed merger with IDM International Limited.

Following our announcement on 6 February 2025 regarding the binding scheme implementation deed to acquire 100% of IDM, we can now confirm that:

✅ The Scheme Booklet has been officially registered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

This follows a successful first court hearing and marks a critical milestone in advancing the merger process.

Why this is important:
The registration of the Scheme Booklet substantially derisks the transaction, ensuring that the process can now proceed to shareholder consideration. It affirms regulatory confidence in the structure of the deal and supports our path toward completing the acquisition of IDM and its world-class Mankayan Copper-Gold Project in the Philippines.

We remain focused on delivering transformational value through this merger and look forward to the next steps in the process, including the upcoming shareholder meetings and final court approvals.
